Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and financial planning

Budgeter models Georgian tax structures using the revenue, dividend and cost information you enter. Its server calculates the results; the interface presents project totals, cost breakdowns and analytical views.

Results are planning estimates based on the selected structure and supplied inputs. They are not a tax return, professional advice or a guarantee of your final liability. Check your inputs and confirm the treatment of your circumstances with a qualified professional before acting.

2. Accounts and access

Sign-in and registration are handled by the hosted Keycloak authentication service. Keep your account credentials confidential and use an account you are authorized to control. Sign out on shared devices.

Authenticated projects are associated with their account owner. Shared links may give other people access according to the project’s sharing settings. Review those settings before sending a link; a recipient can copy information that has already been shared.

3. Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of project revenue, costs, counterparty classifications and other information you enter. Only enter information you are entitled to use. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information in project, client and performer names or descriptions.

Previewing a calculation does not itself save every change. Check the application’s save status and any error messages. You can edit and delete your projects through the available controls; deletion of a project cannot be undone in the interface.

4. Acceptable use

Use Budgeter for lawful planning. Do not access another person’s private projects without permission, bypass authorization, interfere with the service, upload malicious content or misuse shared links.

Do not use the service to make fraudulent statements or present an estimate as an official accounting or tax document.

5. Availability, changes and commercial features

The application and its calculation rules can change. Network failures, maintenance and interruptions can prevent calculations or saving. Preserve your own records and verify important results after a change.

No payment or subscription checkout is implemented in the reviewed frontend. Any future commercial conditions, availability commitments or limitation of liability need separate owner and legal review.

6. Ending use and contact

You can stop using the service, sign out and delete individual projects. A self-service account deletion flow has not been verified. Account closure, access termination, support procedures and governing terms are pending owner confirmation.

The operator and contact details listed below must be completed before these terms become a final agreement.
